He was predeceased by: his parents, James Womack and Maggie Boatman Womack; his son Scott Womack; and his siblings, Clarence Womack, J. W. Womack and Nancy Bass.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Womack; his daughters, Tami Madera (Eric), Lori Shields (Mark) and Victoria Estrada (David); and his siblings, Jim Womack, Charlie Womack (Ruth Ann), Frances Gunst (Gail) and Shirley Calhoun (Leon). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
