He is survived by: his wife Peggy Braddy of Lyons; his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Karen Braddy of Lyons; his brother Don; his sister-in-law Pam Braddy of Vidalia; and his grandsons, Bryce and Carson Braddy of Lyons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elza Baptist Church (753 GA-147, Reidsville, GA 30453). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be given to Elza Baptist Church.
