He is survived by : his wife Carla Johansen of Reidsville; his children, Joey Johansen (Tiffany) of Phoenix, AZ, Christopher Johansen of Reidsville and Damien Johansen of Reidsville; his brother Thor Johansen, Jr. (Esther) of Wilmington Island; and his grandchildren, Justin and Laela Johansen.
