He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Talmadge O'Neal and Regina Pearl Nasworthy O'Neal; and his brothers, Reggie, Gerald and Joey O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce G. O'Neal; and his sister Patricia O'Neal Kennedy (Jan) of Reidsville. He is also survived by four sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Reidsville City Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the same location.
