He is survived by : his wife Tina Cook of Glennville, Georgia; his children, Alyssa and Draven Cook; his siblings, Lisa Sugg Lewis (Ryan) of Claxton, Heather Sugg Toth (Stephen) of Ludowici and Corey Sugg (Cristal) of Reidsville, Georgia.; his nieces and nephews, Tanner, Nolan, Trevor, Amiyah, Maliki, Shannon, Zander, Aiden, Cassey and Kaylee; and his aunts, Lisa Renee Sugg of Florida and Marca Garner of Ft. Smith.
