It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Louise Blackburn (Reidsville, Georgia), born in Orlando, Florida, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Francis Louise Thomas and Cyril Clifton Remusat, Jr.; her son Eugene Rowin Christopher Rowin (Sarah) of Hazelhurst, Georgia; and her stepdaughters, Beth and Wendy Blackburn of Florida Five. She was also cherished by Five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several other relatives.
