It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Elaine Greeson of Resaca, Georgia, who passed away on November 8, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Hinely and Ruby Daley Hinely; and her stepson Kevin Greeson. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Greeson; her children, Tiffany Collins, Debbie Shaffer (Stan), Donna Mortz (Gene), Gene Greeson (Sarah) and Eddie Greeson; her grandchildren, Brittney Young (Brett), Courtney Collins (Matthew Brown) and Britan Collins; and her great grandchildren, Ashelynn, Jadelynn, Kaiden and Mateo. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
