He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Barnett and Opal Barnett; his brothers, Michael, Marcus and Stanley Barnett; and his nephew Randy Nixon.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Barnett; his children, Saundra Barnett, Kristina Barnett, Wayne Loudermilk, B. J. Barnett, Brandon Mull, Jennifer, Jason Dills and Adam Barnett; his adoptive sons, Esteban Rivas and Paco Diaz; his siblings, Judy Nixon, Terry (Kim Barnett) and Danny Ray Barnett; and his grandchildren, Brittany (Derek), Matt, Minta, Kristin, Nathan (Brittney), Ashton, Destiny, Colin, Rylie (Shaun), Hailie, Kayleb (Bonnie), Hannah (Austin), Taylor, Adrean (Amber), Shyanne (Jamie) and Season. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
