She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Beason; her parents, Robert Franks and Flora Faye Burns Franks; her son Scott Waters; and her sister Sandra Carol Carter.
She is survived by: her son Cain (Mandy Allen) of Calhoun, GA; her sister Loneida (Garry Freese) of Kodak, TN; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Waters (Liz) of Tunnel Hill, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
