He is survived by: his wife Carla Herrera; his daughter Sharon Verner (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Madison and Aubree Verner; and his siblings, Lisa Kelley (Ron) and Douglas Herrera (Kathye). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
