She was predeceased by: her husband Frank James Couch; her parents, Archie Gaines and Essie Gaines; and her siblings, James Gaines, Linda Wagnon, Sara Beth Gallman and Peggy Jo Gaines.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Shane Couch and Timothy Bryan Couch; her sister Gennive Lowery; her grandchildren, Dakota Lee Garrett Couch and Jeremy Kyler Couch; and her great grandchildren, Jase Jennings, Garrett Couch, Kodi Couch, Kylynn Couch and Kylah Couch.
