He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ricketts; his children, Rickel Ricketts, Adeisia Vaughan, Elexsis Ricketts, Darien Vaughan and Alyvia Vaughan; his grandchildren, Shakir Ricketts, Nazier Ricketts, Aria Ricketts, Imani Ricketts, Joziah Ricketts and Divine Wright; and his siblings, Aubrey James, Richard James, Donovan James and Samantha Ricketts. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Life Cathedral (2550 Clifton Springs Rd, Decatur, GA 30034).
