He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ernest Joiner and Daisy Bryant Joiner; and his sister Bonneal Locke. He is survived by: his wife Janice Stevens Joiner; his children, Hollie Barrow (Clint), Kevin Joiner (Vanessa) and Brian Joiner (Nicole); and his brother David Joiner (Kathy). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
