He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Bill" Carter and Jessica Barrow Carter of Reynolds; his sister Elizabeth Toles (Tyler) of Crawfordville, FL; his grandparents, Charles Stewart, Cassandra Carter of Butler, Jesse and Nita Barrow of Butler; his uncles, Rodney Woliver (Donna) of Villa Rica and Jamie Barrow of Butler; his aunt Ruth Susi (Roger) of Lake Park, GA; his nephew Thomas Toles; and his cousins, Jessi Yahya (Farhan) and Masi Susi.
