We announce the death of Evelyn Watson of Reynolds, Georgia, who passed away on May 31, 2026, at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Moss and Jeanette Murphy Moss; her husband John T Watson; her son Rusty Hortman; her siblings, Darol Moss, Randy Moss, Carolyn Britt and Kathy Jones; and her granddaughter Amanda Ramirez.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Hortman (Tammy) of Reynolds, Teresa McDaniel (Dean) of Reynolds, Amy Cail of Reynolds, Pam Johnson (Al) of Reynolds, Penny Plunkett (Kenny) of Reynolds and Sharon Johnson (Rick) of Reynolds; and her siblings, Wayne Moss (Kathy), Emma Jean Harper (Mark) of Lizella, Sue Felker of Crestview, Vickie Trussell of Butler, Gwen Davison of Butler, Phyllis Thomas (Tom) of Byron and Tracy Culverhouse (Warren) of Roberta. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
