He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy P. Beeland; his parents, Julius M. Beeland and Grace Heath Beeland; his sisters, Gloria B. Dowdy, Lillian B. Robertson and Barbara M. Beeland; his grandson Brandon N. Allen; and his great grandchildren, Abby Lynn and Alex Nicholas Allen.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Slocumb (Herman) of Reynolds and Tommy Beeland (Allison) of Reynolds; his grandchildren, Heather Hunter (Brandon), Trenton Beeland, Cailyn Beeland, Anna Slocumb and Rob Slocumb (Kaile); his great grandchildren, Mason Hunter, Jaxon Hunter, Clayton Hunter, Erin Allen, Aubrey Allen, Austin Allen, Brax Slocumb and Logan Slocumb; and his siblings, Varnell B. Culpepper of Forsyth and J. E. Beeland of Reynolds. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
