He was predeceased by: his wife Louise. He is survived by: his children, Laura Renbaum, Ben Chapman and Nelson Chapman; his children-in-law, Louis, Cindy and Marnie; his grandchildren, Leah, Lindsay, Hannah and Ben III; and his sons-in-law, Grayson and Cole. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Shriners Hospital for kids.
