He was predeceased by: his son Alvin F. Wilkinson; his brother James Wilkinson (Frances); and his niece Janice Jaucins. He is survived by: his wife Betty Wilkinson; his sons, Benjamin A. Wilkinson (Linda) and William E. "Eddie" Wilkinson; his daughter-in-law Jackie Wilkinson; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Wilkinson Jr., Jessica Goode, Matthew Wilkinson, Corey Wilkinson, Taylar Sadler, Logan Wilkinson, Brittany Hendrix, Dannielle Wywrot and Cheyanne Sanderson. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
