She was predeceased by: her parents, Bart Miller and Mamie Miller; her husband Wilmer A. Byers; her son Eugene Byers; her granddaughter Sheri Byers; and her siblings, Irene Hayman, Lydia Schultz, Robert Miller, William Miller, Lewis Miller and Fred Miller, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Byers of Cortland; her grandchildren, Lisa Defontaine (Julien) of Richmond Hill and Joshua Byers; her great grandchildren, Will Defontaine and John Defontaine; and her sisters, Opal E. Diddle of Columbus and Jean Fisher of Gallipolis.
