He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Blazek and Lorraine Blazek of Coleman, WI.; his wife Debi Blazek; and his sons, Richard "Richie" Blazek and Daniel "Danny" Blazek.

He is survived by: his son Austin Seals; his daughter-in-law Samantha Seals of Richmond Hill, GA; his brother Harold Blazek; his sister-in-law Kay Blazek of Pound, WI; his sister Kathy Morris; his brother-in-law Richard Morris of Suring, WI; and his grandchildren, Austin Seals, Jr. of Appleton, WI, Julia Kate Seals of Richmond Hill, GA, Mackenzie Seals of Richmond Hill, GA and Colton Seals of Richmond Hill, GA. He is also survived by several loving nieces and a nephew.
