She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Powell; her children, Casey Powell Collins (Michael), Kelly Leigh Powell and Vance Taylor Powell; her grandchildren, Melissa, Brooke, Crew and Easton; her sister Linda R. Bragg (Dave); and her siblings-in-law, Tonya Raulerson, Cheryl Powell, Juanita Hales, Laverne Lee (Richard) and H. A. Powell (Kelly). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Deborah's memory.
