He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Chapman (Pocock) and Kenneth L. Chapman; his son Donald K. Chapman, Jr.; his brother Lee Chapman; and his stepmother Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his siblings, John (Jane) and Charlotte; his children, Scott G. Chapman (Laura), Kristin Fulford (Edward) and Reid Chapman (Cathy); his grandchildren, Geoffrey Chapman (Melinda) and Wrenn Fulford; his great grandchildren, Triston, Giuliana, Keira, Abigail and Elijah; and his caregivers, Tina, Lisa, Buddie (Day) and Kathaleen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
