She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Skinner; her children, Margaret Stafford Vickery and Donald Stafford; her stepson Charles Skinner; and her sisters, Mary Brown Thompson (John B. Thompson) and Margaret Brown Dowden (Roy Dowden).

She is survived by: her children-in-law, Carlton Vickery and Mary Ellen Martin Stafford. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
