He was predeceased by: his father John Wesley Mullins, Sr.; and his siblings, Betsy DeFilippis and Tommy Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Mullins; his children, Robin Mullins and John "Wesley" Mullins, III (Glenda); his grandchildren, Tony Sapp Patty Martinez, Jennifer Leigh Purnell (Justin) and John Michael "Jake" Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Boston James Purnell, Hudson Jake Purnell and Hunter Purnell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
