She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Barnes and Leveta Barnes; and her grandson Jayce Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Tomberlin Johnson, Payton and Addison Joy; and her siblings, Freddie (Teresa), Gibby (Ann), David (Clara) and Sandra (Buster). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
