He was predeceased by: his mother Dorthy Mae Spears Maxheimer. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Paulk Maxheimer; his children, Doug (Tricia), John (Janet), Stephen (Stephanie) and Stephanie (John Porter); and his grandchildren, Collin, Nathan Porter, McKenzie, Payton, Blake, Cooper Maxheimer, Olivia Maxheimer and Katelyn Maxheimer.
