Waters; his daughters, Debbie Ayers (Jeffrey) of North Carolina and Terri White (Rodney) of North Carolina; his stepdaughters, Karen Rebecca and Barbara Ansley (Steve) of Georgia; his grandsons, Alex Ansley of Georgia and Wesley Moose of North Carolina; and his sisters, Margie Lee (Ron) of North Carolina and Gwen Waters Walker of North Carolina.
