She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred H. Bergman; her parents, Veta Edwards and Oliver Edwards; and her siblings, Bessie Corcelius, Danny Edwards, Lucile Backhaus and Charles "Junior" Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bergman (Linda) of Gainesville, Georgia and Pamela Patterson (Roy) of Richmond Hill, Georgia; her grandchildren, Jared Bergman (Sonia) of Orlando, Amy Rifenburg (Michael) of Gainesville and Josh Patterson (Ashley) of Richmond Hill, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Maddux, Darcy and Lincoln Rifenburg of Gainesville, Georgia; and her sister Shirley Clanton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
