He is survived by: his wife Dorethea Peters; his sons, David Michael Peters, Patrick Lee Peters (Angela), Nicholas Bruce Peters and Daniel Jared Peters (Angel); and his siblings, Ethel Lois Simmons, James Gibbs, Ed Elder and Charles Elder. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
