He was predeceased by: his father Willis H. Warnock; his wife Ruby Senn Warnock; his daughter Vicky Lynn Warnock; and his brother Elbridge. He is survived by: his children, Mike (Sherry) and Sheri (Chris); his grandsons, Dustin, Josh (RaeAnne) and Cody (Bri); his great grandchildren, Asher, Sawyer, Ila, Theo and Cal; and his sister Carol Woodall (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
