He is survived by: his girlfriend Holly Woods; his daughters, Tiffany Bird (Danny) and Ashley Conrad (Nate); his grandchildren, Greyson Bird, Atlen Bird and Genevieve Conrad; his siblings, Betty Renfro (Dale), Jody Ford (Kitty) and Steve Ford; his close friends, Melissa Harper, Sandy Higgs and Al Boyles; and his pet Budman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
