He is survived by: his children, Tammy Parker, Jeff Thomas (Staci) and Lisa Sheppard (Sidney); his brother Ronnie Cook (Stephanie); and his nephew Andrew Cook. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
