Maxine Smith; his sons, Daniel Smith Jr. and Chad Smith (Nancy); his sibling's children, Debbie Duque, Charlie DuBois, Fletcher DuBois and John DuBois; and his grandchildren, Chase Smith, Ethan Smith, Garrett Smith and Ryan Smith.
