(Trish McCullough) and Megan; his son-in-law Blake Sheppard; his grandchildren, Madison, Noah, Kinley, Nate, Nashton, Connor, Jack and Grayson; the mother of his children Kay Johnson McCullough West; and his siblings, Debbie Woodruff and Bruce McCullough. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
