He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Schneider and Emma Schneider; and his son Tom Welsh. He is survived by : his wife Roberta; his children, Bobbi Writch (Alan), Tim Schneider (Missy), Dawn Brewer (Billy) and Debbie Sikes (Toby); and his sisters, Carol Derence and Cindy Ritenour. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grand-daughter, along with many beloved cousins, nephews and nieces.
