She is survived by: her husband Jay R. Moulton of Rincon; her children, Jason Moulton and Melissa Champagne (Michael); her grandchildren, Aiden, Owen and Macie Champagne; her brother Timothy H. Elwell (Jeanine); her niece Maia E. Barber (Christopher); her great-nieces, Mila and Parker Barber; her nephew Devin M. Elwell (Hunter); and her pets, Savage, Lego and Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Debra's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
