She was predeceased by: her father Fred Wheeler; her husband Kelly Mincey; and her siblings, Jeannette Wheeler, Josie Wood, Jean Derr and Woody.

She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Rahn and Faye (Gary Pendleton); her grandchildren, Lisa Pendleton, Jennifer Williams, Cory Pendleton, Troy Pendleton and Jason Touchberry; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Williams, Dylan Pendleton, Malayna Pendleton of Kelly Williams, C. J, Gracie Pendleton, Stella Pendleton and Beau Pendleton; and her brother Joe Warnock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
