Harmon B. Leaphart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2025, Harmon B. Leaphart of Rincon, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Harmon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Harmon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kimberly Clifton Leaphart; his parents, Tillman Bryan and Cora Lee Leaphart; his siblings, Michele Leaphart Eddington and Barney Allen; and his half-brother Timothy Leaphart.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jenny Corbin and Susan Thomas; and his brother-in-law Richard Clifton (Lynn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that remembrances be sent to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
