He is survived by: his wife Connie Boyd Fountain; his children, Richard Smiley (Rachel), Terri Smiley (Ben Register) and Cortney Wilson (Justin); and his grandchildren, Kirsten Craig, Donovan Smiley, Keith Liverman, Jr., Logan Liverman, Elizabeth Ivy Wilson and Lillian Wilson. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
