He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Robert Rowland and Madie Myers Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Rowland; his stepchildren, Timothy Charles Russell, Wendy Renee English and Kimberly Dawn Lopez; and his sisters, Dale Morgan and Diane Proudfoot (Brad). He is also survived by 15 step-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren.
