She was predeceased by: her parents, William Taft and Sula Cribbs Waters; and her siblings, Annette Strickland, Marjorie Ray and William Averette Waters.
She is survived by: her son Mike Ange (Amber); her grandsons, Caleb Gonsalves (Gabby) and Aaron Gonsalves; her great grandchildren, Adalynn, Elena and Cade Gonsalves; her sister Sylvia Hollis; and her stepsister Ruby Hatchell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
