She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward J. Frame and Mary Belle Hicks Frame; and her siblings, Bobby Frame and Karen Keller. She is survived by : her children, Carrie Dillard King (Justin), Kathy Dillard and Joseph Dillard; her grandchildren, Landan Harris and Bryce Stout; and her sisters, Patsy Hill and Phyllis Mosley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
