She is survived by: her children, William Horton Jr. and Sarah Cheney; her son-in-law Keith Cheney; her granddaughter Taylor Cheney; her great grandchild Rubie Beckett; her grandsons, Nick Cheney and John Cheney; her daughter Marsha Goolsby; her grandchildren, Brenden and Garrick Goolsby; her daughter Tracie Phinesee; her son-in-law Michael Phinesee, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jayden and Gavin Phinesee; and her siblings, Rodney Bunch and Joyce Snelling. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.

She gave the very best hugs and loved receiving them just as much — even when she was told not to during that awful COVID epidemic.
