He is survived by: his mother Betty Schultz Kreplin of Enid, Oklahoma; his wife Sherri Myers Kreplin of Rincon; his daughters, Katy Sikes (Justin) of Rincon and Kelly Henson (David) of Collierville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Marley, Cooper, George and Chandler; and his brother Kevin Kreplin (Cheryl) of Edmond, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Kurt Kreplin's honor to the American Stroke Association or the American Heart Association.
