She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Blackstock and Hazel Blackstock; and her siblings, Ray, Billy, Bobby Blackstock and Barbara Joyce Blevins.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Yates; her children, Randy Blackstock, Stephanie Mills (Doug Mills), Stacy Howard (Spencer Howard) and Zach Yates (Kristina Yates); her grandchildren, Ellie Rodriguez (Jose Rodriguez), Sawyer Howard, Jesse Howard (Danielle Howard), Maddie Mills, Kale Yates and Khloe Yates; and her great grandchildren, Maverick Rodriguez, Savannah Howard, River Rodriguez and Harper Howard.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home and Crematory (11415 S Main St, Trenton, GA 30752). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
