She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Bazemore and Shelby Frawley Bazemore Hancock; and her sister Melissa Bazemore Trundle. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Toler; her son-in-law Adam Toler; her grandchildren, Logan and Abagael Toler; and her siblings, Kaye Thompson (Barry), Ray Bazemore (Melanie) and Venessa Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
