He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Elmer Noel and Mildred Henson Noel; and his brother Shelby Noel. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Heller Noel; his children, Penny Thomas (Loren), Mark Noel (Jeannie) and Steven Ervin (Sandra); his grandsons, David Thomas and Timothy Thomas (Karoline); and his siblings, Darlene Ervin and Robert Noel (Jodi). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
