She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Fulton and Susie Fulton; her husband Robert Earl Jenkins, Sr.; her son Robert Earl Jenkins, Jr. (Bobby); and her grandson Christopher Rowe.
She is survived by: her children, Russ Jenkins (Heather) and Kay Jenkins; and her grandchildren, Justin Jenkins (Paola), Wade Jenkins, Brandon Jenkins, Mitchell Rowe, Emma Jenkins, Eli Jenkins and Luke Jenkins. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rincon First Baptist Church (201 E 6th St, Rincon, GA 31326). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Saint Andrews Cemetery.
