She is survived by: her son John Edward Mardula, Jr.; her grandchildren, Amanda Farmer (Josh) and John Michael Mardula; her great grandchildren, Ella and Emma Farmer; her brothers, Denny Chapman, Sr. (Nell) and Jerry J. Chapman; and her caregiver Casey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
