He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn Marie Hughes Jovan; his father Edward John Jovan; and his sister Laura "Lori" Jovan. He is survived by: his mother Janice Janette Werner Jovan; his sons, Edward Jovan (Molly) and Cody Jovan; his nephew Phillip Johnson (Faithe); his grandchildren, Audrey Jovan and Edward Jovan Jr.; his great-nephew Fischer Johnson; and his nieces, Christina and Angela.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home (1979 GA-119, Guyton, GA 31312).
